If you unfortunately are outside our franchise territories we will still deliver free of charge,

We honour our two year warranties by having franchisees as quickly as practical to your door to repair your machine at no cost. If outside our territories we pay the freight to get it back to us and returned to you as quickly as possible.

We notify you of the need for a filter change and our local franchisee will be out to clean sanitise and replace your filter in the same price bracket as oyr competitors. If you are outside our franchise area or looking to save a few pennies then we will deliver a filter at a lesser charge.
